Buy A-Coins from the [A-Coins page](/a-coins). Checkout is processed by Cashfree. Purchased coins are added to your **purchased** balance.
**Refunds:** You can refund unused **purchased** A-Coins only (not held for a bid/listing, minimum **2** coins, and never more than your purchased balance). Promotional coins cannot be refunded.
**Fees:** AuctIt deducts a **2% processing fee** (minimum ₹1, rounded up) on refunds to cover payment-gateway costs. We show the **net amount** you will receive before you confirm. Cashfree may also apply its own refund processing charges.
