Users must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and avoid prohibited activity including fraud, abuse, policy evasion, or unlawful listings and bids.
Listings, bids, fees, and payment processing are subject to platform rules and payment provider requirements. AuctIt may suspend or cancel activity that appears unsafe or non-compliant. Item prices and auction bids are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are settled between buyers and sellers off-platform unless we expressly state otherwise.
A-Coins A-Coins are participation credits used on AuctIt for actions such as bidding, listing, extending auctions, and promoting listings. They are not cash, are not withdrawable as cash, and do not replace item prices. Listing prices and bids remain in Indian Rupees (INR), and buyers and sellers settle those amounts off-platform.
Your A-Coin balance distinguishes promotional and purchased credits:
Spending and holds use promotional A-Coins first, then purchased A-Coins.
You may request a refund of unused purchased A-Coins from the A-Coins page. Refunds return to the original payment method subject to Cashfree’s timelines and rules. Services are provided on an as-available basis. We may modify features, policies, and terms as needed. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
