We use your information to provide marketplace features, enable bidding and payments, prevent fraud, communicate service updates, and improve reliability and user experience.

Sharing and Security

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with payment providers, infrastructure vendors, and authorities when required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.

Payments and A-Coins

When you buy or refund A-Coins, payment processing is handled by Cashfree Payments. We share the minimum details needed to create and reconcile orders and refunds (such as order identifiers, amount, and contact details used for checkout).

We store purchase and refund records, amounts, provider fee/charge fields when returned by Cashfree, and your A-Coin balance breakdown (promotional vs purchased, available vs held) so we can operate the wallet, apply spends (promotional first), and process refunds of unused purchased A-Coins only.
